Overview

AAA Life Insurance is seeking an Agent Distribution Support Specialist who will be responsible for maintaining and managing Agent and Manager hierarchy, which is integral to reporting accuracy, ensuring proper system access, and operational efficiency. This individual will effectively collaborate with external business partners, internal teams, and leadership across the country to ensure proper agent and manager relationships are reflected in our systems. In conjunction with internal and external stakeholders, the associate will regularly audit and ensure our Agent and Manager relationships are accurate, and updates or changes are processed in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities

  • Work with club partners, agents, managers, and internal teams to verify and maintain accurate agent and manager hierarchies.
  • Input, update, and validate hierarchy data in systems of record to ensure accuracy in reporting, system access, and downstream processes.
  • Work with third-party agency vendors to maintain alignment of internal and external agent and manager hierarchy.
  • Troubleshoot hierarchy-related issues, determine necessary changes, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert (SME) for agent hierarchy-related inquiries and updates.
  • Leverage technology, including such as relational databases, Power BI, and others to analyze data and ensure alignment between hierarchy records and operational outputs.
  • Communicate with external business partners, agents, and managers, as needed to provide support and guidance on hierarchy-related matters.
  • Create, document, and maintain processes and procedures for hierarchy changes.
  • Prepare and deliver reports or presentations related to agent hierarchy, system updates, or process improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar field preferred.
  • Prior experience in life insurance, annuities or financial services preferred.
  • High technical aptitude and experience working with Microsoft Office, PowerBI, SQL, and relational databases.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
