Assistant Manager

Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 10011 Dixie Hwy location in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Manage and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
• Run shifts efficiently, ensuring timely order preparation and delivery
• Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately
• Interact professionally with customers and address their concerns
• Assist in training and developing new team members
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the store
• Answer phones and process customer orders promptly
• Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and procedures
• Contribute to creating a positive work environment and team culture
• Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude
• Proficiency in basic math and problem-solving
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other store technology
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Food safety certification (preferred, or willing to obtain)
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality

But here are a few skills you should have to be a successful Assistant Manager: Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 15 people. You will need to use your stellar attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing all while creating a great place to work. A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a priority for us and we want to make sure anyone we put on the road is safe to be there.
