Well-known and growing LA based fashion brand is seeking a savvy Assistant Marketing Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for the fashion industry and bringing brand stories to life. Working within a fast paced environment, a keen attention to detail and superior written and verbal communication skills are key!

*This is a hybrid role - working onsite 4 days per week. Only local candidates will be considered

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the right hand to Head of Marketing supporting all marketing initiatives - retail, wholesale and brand marketing
• Partner closely with social media & eCommerce teams ensuring alignment across campaigns and concise messaging
• Lead retail marketing within owned stores and wholesale - driving events, activations and pop ups
• Support campaign development with briefing, copy coordination, and creative asset management
• Assist with collaboration and partner initiatives by tracking deliverables and maintaining communication
• Partner with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines; ensuring everything stays on calendar
• Manage all creative assets
• Track spend, invoices, and status updates across projects

Qualifications:

• 3+ years marketing experience within an apparel or lifestyle brand
• Experience with retail events
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solving mentality with ability to think proactively and avoid issues
• Ability to manage a variety of projects and campaigns simultaneously
• Strong sense of branding and passion for cultivating effective stories and brand experiences that resonate with consumers
