Job Description

Our entertainment client in Austin is in search of an Associate Product Manager to transform digital customer experiences through smart, intuitive and impactful solutions. Your work will support millions of users across high-traffic digital platforms, including websites and mobile apps. This is a temporary/contract engagement. As an Associate Product Manager, you will lead the development of customer-facing digital experiences across web platforms. In this role, you will drive the roadmap and delivery of key product features that enhance usability, streamline tasks and improve overall customer satisfaction. This is a highly collaborative role working closely with design, engineering, analytics and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Execution

• Define and prioritize detailed product features with a focus on customer and business impact
• Develop implementation plans aligned with development resources and release timelines
• Conduct competitive analysis, stakeholder interviews and industry research to guide decisions
• Lead agile workstreams and drive the delivery of high-quality product iterations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Facilitate alignment through regular collaboration with design, engineering and content teams
• Document features, lead backlog grooming sessions and contribute to PI planning efforts
• Manage and prioritize multiple product backlogs across various initiatives and teams

Stakeholder Communication

• Provide regular updates on product vision, roadmap progress and performance metrics to internal stakeholders and leadership
• Clearly communicate product goals, rationale, and impact across the organization

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of product management experience for a customer facing, web-based product
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with the product development lifecycle from concept to post-launch
• Experience with digital content platforms is a plus
