Summary: A food manufacturer in Honolulu is looking for an energetic Sales Executive (Business Development). You will expand new business opportunities while supporting existing clients, conducting outreach, preparing proposals and presentations, collaborating with internal teams, and managing sales activities.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and research new business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Develop sales strategies and proposals.
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, or in person.
- Track and report on sales activities and results.
- Collaborate with internal teams and enhance strategies.
- Business Travel to Other branch (If yes, how often and which area?)
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations for meetings.
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by managers.

Must Requirements:
- At least 1-year of B2B Sales Experience
- Be able to use English and either Japanese/Korean/Chinese in business settings. *Since Japanese, Chinese, and Korean retailers and restaurants are also part of our target clientele.
- A valid driver's license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

Job Highlights:

- Position: B2B Sales(including Hunting Sales)
- Employment Type: Full-time (W-2)
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day
- Work Days: 5 days a week, including Saturdays (one weekday off / Sundays off)
- Weekly Schedule: Two days off per week

- Transportation: Free parking and company vehicle provided for business use

- 電話・メール・対面でのアウトリーチ活動
- 営業活動や実績のレポート作成
- 社内チームと連携し、営業戦略を改善
- 他拠点への出張(頻度・エリアについては応相談)
- 商談・会議用のプレゼン資料の作成および実施
- マネージャーからのその他臨時業務

- B2B営業の経験が1年以上ある方
- 英語+日本語・韓国語・中国語いずれかをビジネスレベルで使用可能な方

(日本・中華・韓国系の小売店や飲食店も顧客対象のため)
- 有効な運転免許証を保有している方(ハワイでは、日本のものもハワイにコンバートができるため、日本の免許証があれば問題ございません)
- 日本文化が好きな方!
- Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint等)が使用できる方
- コミュニケーションスキルをお持ちの方
