We are an upscale men's grooming barber-salon-spa opening in Pleasanton, CA that is looking for the highest skilled and professional candidates with shop experience, exceptional people skills, and the ability to listen to others and execute a fantastic cut, all in a beautiful shop catering to upscale clientele.

Job Qualifications:

• Active Board of Barbering & Cosmetology License in the State of CA
• Are creative and have awesome cutting skills.
• Requires excellent communication and customer service skills
• Sales- and customer service-driven while providing a consistent "white glove experience” to all clients
• Ability to perform straight razor shaving a plus
• Ability to work evenings and weekend shifts to meet customer demand
• Can work with an array of different hair types and lengths

Job Duties:

• Reporting to Store Manager
• Perform grooming services for each member/guest
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the shop’s policies and procedures
• Ensure a "white glove" standard of service is maintained during service and throughout the shop
• Recommend upgraded/premium services and future visits as well as promote retail grooming products
• Assist, when needed, with washing and folding all linens used in the shop
• Be a positive energy in the shop!
• Maintain a high-end professional appearance and a positive attitude.

If hired, you are a W-2 employee. That means  you pay no "rent" or chair fees  like in other places!
