Job Description

Ferretti Search is partnering with a high-growth residential services organization to identify their next Call Center Manager to lead a large inside sales operation based in Plano, TX. This is a critical leadership role focused on driving revenue performance, optimizing team output, and supporting strategic growth following recent private equity investment.

Call Center Manager (Inside Sales)

Location: Plano, TX (100% Onsite)

Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 base salary + Monthly Bonus ($1,200–$1,500/month based on performance). Total target comp could reach $140K+.

What will your day look like?

  • Oversee daily operations, including team scheduling, performance tracking, issue resolution, and rep coaching.
  • Manage inside sales campaigns, including win-back programs targeting former residential customers.
  • Hold supervisors and agents accountable to KPIs and sales targets while supporting their growth.
  • Build and optimize reporting systems to track revenue, conversion, and retention metrics.
  • Collaborate with leadership on seasonal planning, hiring strategies, and team structure.
  • Support weekend operations on a rotating basis during the peak season (January–August).

Who are you?

  • Experienced Sales Leader: You bring 5+ years of call center leadership experience in a high-volume inside sales or customer service environment.
  • Services Industry Background: You’ve led teams in sectors like lawn care, HVAC, telecom, roofing, or similar home/residential services.
  • Strategic Operator: You’ve built out performance frameworks, managed frontline leaders, and know how to drive both accountability and culture.
  • Client-Centric: You understand B2C dynamics, can support your team on tough calls, and thrive in a coaching-heavy environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with Microsoft 365 and contact center tools; exposure to NICE phone systems is a plus.
  • Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
