Job Title: Tier 1 Customer Service Representative
Location: Lewisburg TN
Pay rate : $16-$17/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Description
Tier 1 Customer Service Representative to handle up to 50 inbound calls daily from distributors across North America. Responsibilities include order processing, dealer referrals, product support, and triaging inquiries. The role requires strong communication, time management, and data entry skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; SAP and Salesforce experience is a plus. Ideal candidates are highly organized, self-motivated, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
