QUALIFICATIONS
We need a maintenance professional who can work 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday. Occasional weekends and overtime may be required.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS HOTEL CHIEF OF MAINTENANCE POSITION
You start your day as a Hotel Chief of Maintenance by overseeing the hotel's preventative maintenance program, ensuring guestrooms, HVAC systems, pool systems, and other building functions are in top shape. With your proactive mindset and strong technical skills, you tackle daily work orders promptly, always aiming for complete guest satisfaction. You manage pool chemistry and temperature throughout the day, adhere to health department standards, and maintain the hotel grounds, ensuring everything looks pristine and inviting. Safety is a priority for our hospitality team, so you ensure the building and grounds are secure, with clear walkways and parking lots. On-call 24/7, you're ready to address any unexpected building issues. Your day wraps up with a final review of the property, always prepared for any additional tasks your supervisor might assign.
