Duties may include photocopying, faxing, filing, maintenance and transportation (ADD: scanning outside medical records in to be placed in chart) of medical records, answering the telephone, computer data entry and other duties as assigned. Knowledgeable of electronic medical record and ability to run reports where applicable. Demonstrate customer service, team building and leadership skills.
