🩺 Clinical Pharmacist – Independent Pharmacy with Compounding & Functional Medicine Focus

Location: Morganfield, KY

Pay: $55 – $65 per hour | Full-Time | PTO and Benefits Available

We’re not a high-volume chain. Here, every prescription is personal and every patient relationship matters.

We’re seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to oversee dispensing operations while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

This role also offers a growth path into compounding, pharmacogenomics, and functional medicine for those who want to expand their skills in advanced pharmacy practice.

• Monday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Closed 1 – 2 PM for lunch)
• Tuesday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Closed 12 – 12:30 PM for lunch)
• Weekends & Holidays: Off
• Paid holidays that fall during your normal workweek

• Accurately and efficiently dispense prescriptions in full compliance with federal and state laws.
• Deliver clinical and patient counseling services to optimize therapy outcomes.
• Perform point-of-care testing and test-to-treat per Kentucky Board of Pharmacy protocols.
• Collaborate with prescribers and healthcare partners to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with all regulatory standards.
• (Optional / growth area) Participate in compounding, pharmacogenomics, and functional medicine programs as training progresses.

• PharmD and active Kentucky pharmacist license (Indiana license a plus)
• Retail, clinical, or compounding experience preferred (new grads with interest encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication, accuracy, and patient-care focus
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Eager to learn and grow within a forward-thinking pharmacy model

• $55–$65 per hour , based on experience
