This is a commission-based position with some inside sales to our large customer base in Ventura County. Individuals will also perform marketing and self-generation leads to establish their own sales pipeline, and perform customer service contact on sold projects to establish a single point of contact throughout the entire project installation. Job Duties: Perform in-home and business sales calls to create Solar & ESS proposals and present them to clients for their approval using our formatted contract. Preferred Experience: Tesla Powerwall, Franklin WH, Enphase Storage with Solar PV, ESS energy storage systems, Solar Modules skills. Strong communication, marketing, and networking skills. Minimum Requirements: A working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC codes). Experience with local CEC codes is a plus. Professional appearance and excellent customer service.
