Compliance Manager – Prestigious Law Firm

Salary: Up to $90,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure firm-wide compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal compliance procedures and controls
• Conduct risk assessments and internal audits
• Train and educate staff on compliance protocols and regulatory changes
• Serve as the liaison for regulatory bodies and manage external audits
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for senior leadership

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in compliance, preferably within a legal or professional services environment
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and industry best practices
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and integrity
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or compliance certification (e.g., CCEP, CRCM) is a plus
