Concrete Project Manager – Nashville, TN

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Project Manager to oversee major structural and self-perform concrete scopes on commercial, mixed-use, industrial, and mid/high-rise projects across the Nashville market. This role is responsible for driving coordination, schedule, budgeting, and field execution for complex concrete packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle for concrete scopes: planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and field coordination.
• Lead project meetings, subcontractor coordination, and communication with owners, engineers, and field teams.
• Review drawings, rebar/shop drawings, and formwork plans to ensure accuracy and constructability.
• Monitor cost tracking, forecasting, change orders, and documentation.
• Support field leadership with sequencing, pour planning, logistics, and production targets.
• Ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance on all concrete operations.

Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of commercial concrete construction experience.
• Strong background in structural concrete, formwork systems, rebar coordination, and pour sequencing.
• Experience on commercial, mixed-use, industrial, or mid/high-rise projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and civil drawings.
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
