Job Description Must possess an active TS/SCI. Note: Must be willing and able to obtain a poly MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Vacuuming * Mopping, dust mopping, sweeping and scrubbing floors. * Empty waste containers. * Low and high cleaning. * Deliver collected refuse to the loading dock. * Perform restroom cleaning. * Preform restroom checks. * Clean water fountains. * Clean fitness centers, showers and locker rooms. * Clean freight and passenger elevators. * Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. * Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors at prescribed heights. * Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment. * Shampoo carpets. * Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors. * Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners. * Police grounds and empty waste containers. * Assist in Special Events setups. * Must monitor building for maintenance, safety, and security issues and report any violations to immediate Supervisor or Management. * Maintains custodial equipment in a clean, safe, operable condition. * Report shortage of supplied and equipment failuers to immediate Supervisor or Management. * Preforms other related work as assigned. Intel Basic Job Requirements * A combination of education and directly related experience equal to one (1) year*; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements * Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to managements, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors * Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job * Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner *This is the typical years of experience required for this job. Other Job Requirements * Must possess a clearance at the TS/SCI. * Must have a valid driver's license * Proven experience as custodian, janitor, or in a similar role. * Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances * Knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components * Familiarity with basic landscaping and handyman practices * Attention to detail and conscientiousness * Very good physical condition and strength * High school diploma is preferred but not required.
