Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in Burlingame, California for a Customer Service Representative within the Retail industry. In this role, you'll be primarily focused on enhancing the customer experience, handling customer inquiries, and accurately processing transactions. Responsibilities: - Assist customers in selecting the perfect products, enhancing their overall shopping experience - Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Accurately process customer transactions through various platforms - Maintain enthusiasm and energy in getting customers excited about their purchases - Restock merchandise as required, ensuring the retail space is always well-stocked - Learn quickly about the store's products and daily operations through provided training - Work proactively, following directions and operating with minimal supervision - Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations - Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, adapting quickly to changes - Utilize iPads proficiently for various operational needs. Requirements - Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a customer service role. - Proven experience in retail industry. - Strong knowledge and skills in customer service. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints in a detail oriented manner. - Proficiency in using computer systems and software for customer service. - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. - High school diploma or equivalent qualification. - Must be able to stand for extended periods. - Demonstrated ability to work well in a team. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. - Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks. - Familiarity with cash register operations and other retail equipment.
