Description: Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager with a strong background in Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of wireless infrastructure projects. This role will require effective coordination with internal teams, vendors, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion within budget and scope. The ideal candidate has technical knowledge of DAS networks, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects.

• Lead DAS projects from inception to close-out, including iDAS, oDAS, and hybrid systems
  
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  
• Oversee system design, permitting, installation, integration, and commissioning
  
• Ensure compliance with all safety, code, and performance standards (i.e., NFPA, NEC, AHJ requirements)
  
• Collaborate with RF engineers, installers, OEMs, carriers, and AHJs
  
• Coordinate with venue owners and IT/Facilities teams to align on project goals
  
• Conduct site walks, pre-construction meetings, and stakeholder updates
  
• Manage subcontractor performance, materials procurement, and logistics
  
• Track project KPIs, milestones, and financials using PM software and reporting tools
  
• Maintain accurate documentation (SOWs, change orders, RFQs, close-out packages)
  
• Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle
  

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  
• iBwave Certification or experience with iBwave Design software
  
• Familiarity with public safety DAS (ERRCS/BDA systems)
  
• PMP or CAPM certification is a plus
  
• Experience coordinating with wireless carriers and jurisdictions for approvals

• 3–5 years of experience managing DAS or in-building wireless projects
• Solid understanding of RF principles, DAS design, and carrier-grade requirements
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Smartsheet)
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
