Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dental Assistant based in Southington, CT. The Dental Assistant will support dental procedures by preparing treatment rooms, assisting during procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining sterilization and cleanliness of equipment. Additional responsibilities include taking and X-rays, providing oral care guidance to patients, and assisting with administrative tasks when necessary.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Dental Care, Oral Care, and proficiency in Dentistry-related tasks
• Hands-on experience in Dental Assisting and proficiency in Sterilization techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure top-notch patient care
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
• Relevant certification or diploma in Dental Assisting is preferred
• Experience working in dental care or healthcare settings is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety and health regulations
