We are seeking individuals who are passionate about travel, organization, and events to join us as Destination Wedding Planners. In this role, you will assist couples in planning and coordinating destination weddings by helping select resorts, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring a seamless experience.
This is a remote, flexible opportunity that allows you to learn the travel industry, work independently, and create memorable experiences for clients around the world.
Key Responsibilities
Assist couples with selecting destinations, resorts, and wedding packages
Coordinate group travel, accommodations, and itinerary needs
Manage reservations and guest bookings with accuracy and professionalism
Provide travel-related guidance, destination requirements, and planning support
Maintain communication with couples and guests throughout the planning process
Ensure a smooth and organized experience from the initial inquiry through post-wedding follow-upStrong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
Comfortable using technology and learning booking platforms
Interest in weddings, events, hospitality, or travel
