Overview

We are seeking a dynamic creative leader with expertise in content strategy, creative ideation, campaign planning, and content production. The Director will oversee content and creative efforts to support patient acquisition, retention, and engagement with our physician and provider network. Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in creative leadership, preferably in an agency or multi-brand setting, with a strong portfolio of impactful campaigns across diverse audiences.

Schedule & Location

Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, hybrid work model based out of our offices in New York, Chicago, Miami, DC, or Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Creative & Content Strategy Development: Lead integrated campaign ideation and execution; develop long-term content strategies that foster patient loyalty and establish trust in our clinics; oversee all digital and offline content creation.
  2. Campaign & Media Planning: Collaborate with paid media teams; manage the creative process from concept to execution; coordinate seasonal campaigns for growth and engagement.
  3. Design & Copy Leadership: Inspire and lead creative teams; ensure high-quality design and messaging; maintain brand visual identity and voice.
  4. Content & Patient Journey Optimization: Create content to guide patients through their fertility journey; develop educational materials; work with stakeholders to meet patient needs.
  5. Physician & Provider Engagement: Develop content to strengthen relationships with healthcare providers; produce thought leadership and educational resources.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align content strategies with marketing, digital, operations, and analytics teams; ensure integrated campaigns.
  7. Brand Stewardship: Uphold US Fertility’s values and mission; ensure consistent branding across all channels.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
  • 10+ years in creative leadership, content strategy, and campaign development.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse media work.
  • Experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus.
  • Leadership skills with ability to inspire teams.
  • Proficiency in project management and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of the patient journey and healthcare marketing nuances.
