Drywall Installer Opportunity

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of North Tampa is seeking a skilled and dependable Drywall Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in all phases of drywall installation, including hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, and applying textures. Attention to detail, reliability, and craftsmanship are key qualities we value.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and hang drywall panels on walls and ceilings according to plans and specifications.
• Tape and mud joints to prepare surfaces for painting or finishing.
• Apply various drywall textures (knockdown, orange peel, smooth, etc.) as specified.
• Patch, repair, or replace damaged drywall as needed.
• Ensure all installations are plumb, level, and clean with attention to corners and seams.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow all safety regulations and company protocols during projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in drywall installation (hang, tape, mud, texture).
• Strong knowledge of drywall techniques and tools.
• Ability to lift and maneuver drywall sheets and materials safely.
• Must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in restoration or remodeling environments.
• Familiarity with reading blueprints or job scopes.
• Basic carpentry or painting skills are a plus.
