The Baltimore Sun seeks a creative and energetic editor with an audience focus to serve as the organization’s Anne Arundel County bureau chief and editor of the Capital Gazette.
In this role, the editor will collaborate with a team of journalists to develop both enterprise and breaking news coverage for a county of more than 600,000. Responsibilities will include identifying, assigning and editing news content related to Annapolis and Anne Arundel County, managing digital channels for capitalgazette.com , and implementing community engagement strategies.
This position coordinates emerging and enterprise coverage for capitalgazette.com and daily editions of the Capital Gazette.
