Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in the events industry. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will work closely with event managers and coordinators to help execute various events from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of various events
Help coordinate logistics, including venue selection and vendor management
Maintain and manage event schedules and timelines
Support on-site event setup and takedown activities
Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure all needs are met
Assist with event marketing and promotion efforts
Qualifications & Skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
A passion for event planning and a desire to learn
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
