• ML Wealth Management is an entrepreneurial firm with a flexible business model that allows Advisors to focus on what works for their business. ML provides an extensive platform with high digital capabilities, and there is nothing a client needs that ML can't facilitate (e.g. commercial banking, lending, etc.). ML does not use proprietary funds and does not tell Advisors what to use!
• ML provides, manages and pays for your office space and your personal Client Specialist
• ML Advisors are assigned a personal BofA banker and earn bonuses on banking referrals
• Compensation package - 350% cash with a 9 year note plus long term equity
• After 5 years and age 55+, client transition program eligibility (ML offer to purchase book of business)

Qualifications
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 accepted, in lieu of 66) registrations required with 5+ years' experience
• Established and portable practice with a minimum of $75MM AUM and $1MM in trailing 12 months production.
