About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for FP&A to serve as a strategic financial business partner to the CEO and CFO of the Americas segment. This pivotal role is responsible for driving business results, providing oversight and leadership in financial planning and analysis, and ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives. The successful candidate will lead a team of 40 professionals, directly support the executive team in achieving financial and operational goals, and deliver insights to facilitate executive decision-making. Key responsibilities include strategic financial partnership, financial leadership, team management, executive support, performance management, process improvement, and providing counsel on key business and financial issues. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a university degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 12 years' experience in financial planning and analysis or business partnering. A proven track record of leading and developing large teams, particularly those with 40 or more direct and indirect reports, is essential. The ideal candidate will have operational expertise in managing FP&A for a large, complex segment, with revenues exceeding $16 billion, and possess strong executive communication skills. Advanced proficiency in financial planning tools and a strategic, analytical, and collaborative leadership style are also required. The role demands a professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong business acumen, and effectively link financial insights to operational strategy.
