*What You’ll Do*

* Perform high-quality collision repairs and refinishing work to factory standards
* Conduct structural and non-structural repairs, panel replacement, and alignment
* Work closely with estimators, painters, and other technicians for smooth workflow
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
* Continuously improving through training and certification opportunities

*What We’re Looking For*

* *5+ years* of professional auto body repair experience (A-Level proficiency)
* I-CAR or OEM certifications *preferred*
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
