Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Family Nurse Practitioner Highlights: Provide primary and family evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients. Handle administrative duties including clinic opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, and maintaining a clean environment. Perform routine examinations and manage patient appointments to ensure positive health outcomes. Encourage patient participation in their own healthcare and well-being through services like health screenings and chronic condition management. Collaborate with a dedicated clinical care team to drive better outcomes for a panel of patients. Critical Information Weekend-only work schedule; must be available to work at least 4 out of every 6 weekends covering both Saturday and Sunday. No remote work; in-person and patient-facing role. . Family Nurse Practitioner Requirements: Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification a State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role required. Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent. Completed accredited DOT certificate training program prior to start date. Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills. Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Initiative, problem solving ability, adaptability and flexibility.
