Frame Builder (Experienced)
Location: Lenoir, NC
Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience)
Shift: 1st Shift | Temp-to-Hire
We’re seeking a skilled Frame Builder for a respected furniture manufacturer in Lenoir, NC. This is a temp-to-hire position on first shift offering steady work and advancement potential.
Responsibilities:
Construct and assemble furniture frames according to specifications
Read and interpret drawings and measurements
Maintain accuracy, quality, and safety in all work
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Frame Building required
Proficient with hand and power tools
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to meet production goals
Pay & Growth:
Compensation is DOE , reviewed monthly until hire. Upon full-time employment, pay transitions to a production-based structure .
