Irontown Modular is looking for individuals ready to learn and grow with our company. Full time positions available. We focus on single and multi-family high-quality modular homes with a focus on sustainability and energy-efficient building.

The Team Member is to work under the direction of the Team Leader. He may also be called upon to help with any project as directed by the Production Manager. Work assignments may include, but not limited, any of the following: framing (or some part of any of the stages of construction), preparing and loading house segments onto trailers for shipping, Factory clean-up, grounds work, heavy equipment operation, or Factory organization. The Team Member may also be called on to work out of town as part of the set crew, assisting in setting the houses on their foundations. Must be able to work well with others on a fast-paced crew. Must have own bags and hand tools and be able to lift at least 15 pounds without restriction.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Can-do attitude to our team.
• Work under direction of experienced crew lead.
• Completing projects on time and on budget.
• Be self-starter.
• Need to be willing to learn different construction trades.

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday 10-hour days – 40 hours guaranteed.

Occasional overtime as projects dictates.
