This role is dedicated to assembling pre-made, on-brand Figma templates and executing high-volume email production in Klaviyo. No new concept design is required — the work centers on accuracy, consistency, and speed. Key Responsibilities Assemble and update pre-made Figma templates, swapping images, updating text, and ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines. Design emails using a modular Figma system (no net-new design work). Work daily across multiple Klaviyo accounts to build opt‑ins and automated flows. Execute all tasks following established templates and SOPs. Revisions & Updates Make requested edits to creatives in Figma and in Klaviyo. Maintain precise file naming conventions and follow tight SLAs. Collaborate with the internal coordinator via Slack. No client-facing communication; only written English required for internal updates. Qualifications Hands‑on experience working in Figma (template‑based workflows). Working knowledge of Klaviyo (email builds, flows, opt‑ins). Strong attention to detail, consistency, and process adherence. Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production environment. Good written English for internal communication.
