Summary Description The primary responsibilities of this position are to create or duplicate designs based on customer submitted artwork or to revise of current designs based on customer feedback and as a result, artistic creativity is not required. Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is required. In addition, this position is also responsible for uploading artwork requests into our art system while providing excellent customer service by answering art related questions via telephone and email. Other responsibilities as assigned. Duties Include Creating new designs as needed Duplicating artwork Answering the telephone Responding to customer e-mails Providing product information Supporting other team members when needed Abilities Strong sense of urgency Interpersonal/telephone skills Ability to think on feet Can do attitude, positive attitude and people skills Maturity, strong work ethic and sound judgment skills Able to meet deadlines Strong organizational skills Expresses written and oral ideas clearly and can proactively share information Qualifications Intermediate to expert level skills using such programs as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. 1 - 3 years of experience is preferred. No relocation expenses will be paid. Working Hours General office hours, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, plus occasional overtime. After completion of initial training process, a hybrid work schedule may be adopted. We offer staff the opportunity to work remotely from home 1 day per week.
