Role Overview:

We’re hunting for a sharp, curious Marketing Manager who thrives in the wild world of small business. You’re not afraid to test ideas, tinker with data, and find the story in the numbers. You’ve probably spent enough time in digital marketing to know what works—and more importantly, how to pivot when something doesn’t. You’re comfortable managing campaigns from start to finish, whether that means diving into SEO audits, launching ad campaigns, or rewriting web content on the fly.

At Everblue, you’ll have the freedom to stretch your marketing muscles across channels and experiment with new ideas. You’ll drive lead generation, refine our digital presence, and ensure our message cuts through the noise. You’ll work alongside a scrappy team that’s all-in on helping our clients ditch the old ways and embrace the modern era.

This is a full-time contract role with the potential to become permanent based on performance, business needs, and cultural fit.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and optimize the full spectrum of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and website management
  • Build, edit, and manage websites on platforms like WordPress and Webflow
  • Run data-driven campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn—constantly testing and tweaking to boost performance
  • Dig into Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to track and measure success
  • Keep our data airtight—validate user-provided content, cross-check info, and maintain consistency across spreadsheets and systems
  • Drive targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns using tools like Drip, refining messaging to drive engagement
  • Partner with a tight-knit team to push projects forward and solve real problems—fast

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, and website management
  • Proven track record in managing campaigns end-to-end—ads, landing pages, and analytics
  • Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, or Webflow
  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
  • Deep comfort working in a small-business environment, wearing multiple hats, and moving quickly
  • Mastery of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
  • An eye for detail and a knack for validating and managing data
  • Solid problem-solving and project management skills—if there’s a snag, you’re already on it
  • A mindset that craves learning and embraces experimentation
