About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Technical Support Representative (TSR) to join our team. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for our clients and field technicians, helping diagnose and resolve telecom and data issues. The right person will bring technical know-how, clear communication skills, and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical support to clients and field staff by phone and email
• Troubleshoot telecom, data cabling, and paging system issues remotely
• Coordinate service requests and technician dispatches across the U.S.
• Ship and track replacement parts as needed
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels
• Process return/repair requests and ensure accurate billing information

Common Support Requests

• Phones or lines not working
• Paging system or data connection issues
• MAC (Move, Add, Change) orders
• Fire/burglar alarm lines losing dial tone

What We’re Looking For

• Several years of experience in telecommunications or low-voltage systems
• Solid understanding of telecom/data cabling and dial tone troubleshooting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong multitasking, organization, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• A proactive, team-first attitude and sense of ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience with Toshiba telephone systems
• Knowledge of overhead paging systems
• Familiarity with TigerPaw CRM

Work Details

• Full-time, onsite in Ringgold, GA
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Reports directly to the Director of Corporate Operations
