We are seeking a friendly, professional, and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. This position requires excellent phone etiquette, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries
Answer and direct phone calls promptly with a courteous and professional manner
Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
Process reservations and payments efficiently and accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
Uphold hotel policies and always ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications
Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred (hospitality experience a plus)
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
Professional appearance and a positive, approachable attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency with basic computer systems; experience with hotel reservation systems is a plus
Flexibility to work weekends and holidaysas scheduled
Preferred: Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM software
