Job Opportunity: Housekeeper/Laundry Attendant

Wage: $14-$16/hr. Hours: Part-time 20 hours per week including some weekends.

Job Description: As a Housekeeper/Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and ensuring that all laundry is properly cleaned and prepared for guests. If you have experience in laundering, dry cleaning, and general cleaning, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:

• Clean and tidy hotel rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Ensure that all bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
• Restock supplies such as toiletries and towels
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron laundry according to hotel standards
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect linens for stains or damages and remove them from circulation
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services preferred
• Strong attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Some weekend hours required
