We are looking for a process-driven and experienced painter to join our team. You'll be working on various types of heavy lifting equipment, performing tasks such as grinding, prepping, spray painting, and cleaning.

The ideal candidate has great communication skills, is familiar with HVLP spray guns, proper use of cleaners and thinners, using hand and power tools, and understands the importance of maintaining a clean space.

Various other tasks may be assigned, including cleaning, maintenance, packing, and shipping.

This is a permanent full-time position offering base wage, benefits, and potential bonus opportunities.

$18 - $22 hourly

• Erect scaffolding when required
• Use job specifications to mix and match paint and stains

• Apply industrial enamel with HVLP pneumatic spray gun
• Clean and prep equipment to be painted
• Clean and maintain the paint room and equipment
• Qualify for medical evaluation and respirator fit-test
• Perform other duties as may be required in the grind, assembly, or shipping dock

• Should have general knowledge of painting techniques and tools, but we are willing to provide training
• Candidates should have strong time management, communication skills, and attention to detail
• We prefer if you have a high school diploma or GED
• Driver’s license required
• Stamina, standing for long periods of time, dexterity, and physical strength is required
