PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB AND CONTRIBUTION TO ORGANIZATION:
Inside Sales representative are responsible for generating revenue by selling products or services over the phone or through online channels. They are skilled in building relationships, identifying customer needs, and closing deals.
ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following job functions are not all-inclusive. The employee will be required to perform other job-related tasks/responsibilities requested by the supervisor. Job duties may change as required by needs of company.
1. Maintain and foster existing key accounts in conjunction with the RSM's and Sales
Managers
2. Quote and order entry for assigned products and customers in SAP
3. Identify and develop solutions for new applications using application data sheets sent in by
Regional Sales
4. Prepare quotations with standard and custom products and solutions
5. Maintain or exceed standard quotation and detailed proposal lead time goals
6. Work with the Marketing Manager and to follow up on all leads in order to feed the
Regional Sales team new prospects and potential applications
7. Complete all required sales and project reporting on time and with accuracy
8. Participate in all internal sales and project meetings
9. All other responsibilities as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

2. At least five years of proven inside sales experience, bachelors degree a plus
3. Self-motivated, able to work unsupervised and manage time effectively
4. Advanced written and oral communication skills
5. The ability to solve practical problems, understand material flow and measurements
6. Advanced computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, SAP experience a plus
7. Ability to understand, interpret and discuss detailed engineering drawings
8. Ability to assess application needs and provide solutions with standard products
9. Possess good judgment and decision-making ability
10. Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of people
11. Occasional travel for training and other work related events
