For additional information, visit us at ͏ Jira Administrator Location: Denver CO- USA(Onsite) Skills Required:Jira Job Description: Position Overview This role requires a strong understanding of Jira, Confluence and integrations with SNOW, Gitlab, tosca with a particular focus on managing current integrations, workflows and implementing future improvements. Responsibilities Manage and maintain Jira, confluence and integrations with SNOW, GitLab and Tosca. Streamline workflows and ensure efficient project management processes. Provide day-to-day administrative support for Jira users. Collaborate with consulting services for ecosystem assessments. Address urgent requests during peak hours for North American time zones. Onboard new users Handle custom workflows, integrations, and ticket management. ͏ Qualifications Experience with Jira and Confluence with integrations to specific platforms mentioned above. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management processes. Ability to manage integrations and propose process improvements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Mandatory Skills: JIRA.Experience: 5-8 Years.Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
