A successful candidate is thorough, resourceful, adapts to quick changes while remaining diligent and consistently upholds standards of confidentiality.

Skills and duties include:

• Prepare court filings
• Maintain electronic document and case management system
• Provide updates to clients on the status of their cases
• Process sensitive and confidential information with the utmost judgment and tact
• Answer phones
• Settlement negotiation
• Perform basic offices tasks, such as making copies, scanning and filing documents, mail
• Detail oriented
• Works well under pressure
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• No legal experience necessary - Training provided
