Our client, a leading Automotive manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor 5

Location: Wyoming, MI

Pay Range: $38 - $42 per hour

Candidate needs to be able to work any shift 1 st, 2 nd or 3 rd Shift.  Monday-Friday. Will work Saturdays & Sundays some weeks.

What's the Job?

• Implement and actively support corporate safety policies, initiatives, and plant housekeeping standards.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions, determine root causes, and initiate immediate and long-term corrections.
• Support plant in achieving Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, and Cost goals.
• Supervise construction and maintenance projects to ensure timely and quality completion.
• Train, develop, and evaluate employees to foster a high-performance team environment.

What's Needed?

• Must be willing to work any assigned shift, including daily, weekend, and holiday overtime as required.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings accurately.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical concepts relevant to manufacturing environments.
• Experience in supervising multi-trade workforce and supporting safety standards.
• High level of analytical ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.
