We’re hiring a dedicated and energetic Marketing Communications Assistant to support our growing team in delivering mission-driven campaigns that create real, measurable change.
This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who want to gain experience in event marketing, public relations, fundraising , and community engagement —all while representing meaningful causes and nonprofit organizations.
What You’ll Do:Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and community outreach events
Deliver exceptional service at live events, pop-ups, fundraisers, and public engagements
Represent nonprofit clients with professionalism, passion, and purpose
Connect with community members to generate support for charitable initiatives
Participate in leadership training and take on opportunities to manage events and client relationships
Ensure campaign messaging is clear, compliant, and aligned with nonprofit values and brand standards
Support daily team operations, logistics, and event reporting
No prior experience needed — paid training provided
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Friendly, professional demeanor and people-first mindset
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks or projects at once
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and community impact
Experience in customer service, marketing, fundraising, or events is a plus, but not required
Willingness to travel locally for community-based events
Genuine passion for social causes, nonprofit work, and public engagement
Real-world, hands-on experience in event coordination, public relations, and marketing
Paid training and continuous mentorship from experienced team leaders
