Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Private Label to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of building and executing successful brand and product marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, product adoption, and revenue growth across CPG or private label product lines.
  • Lead go-to-market plans for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, packaging, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and supply chain to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and measure ROI on campaigns and initiatives.
  • Oversee content creation for digital, print, and in-store marketing materials.
  • Partner with retailers and distributors to support joint marketing efforts and promotional programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in the CPG or private label industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail marketing, shopper behavior, and brand management.
  • Experience managing product launches and lifecycle marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with major retailers (e.g., Walmart, Target, Kroger, Amazon).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of sustainable packaging or clean-label trends is a plus.
