Marketing Manager
As Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our client's growth and reputation. You'll set the marketing direction, manage budgets, and oversee vendors, but you'll also roll up your sleeves and get things done-writing compelling copy, designing graphics, and optimizing ad campaigns. Your primary focus will be lead generation, customer engagement, and maximizing ROI, and you'll achieve this by developing and executing high-impact Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Local SEO campaigns. You'll take charge of our website's SEO and content strategy, ensuring our brand ranks high in search results. Using ServiceTitan and Dialpad, you'll track and analyze performance, refining strategies for the best results. From managing social media and reputation platforms like Google My Business, Yelp, and BBB to executing email and SMS campaigns, you'll ensure our brand stays top-of-mind. You'll collaborate with sales and dispatch teams, align marketing with business objectives, and integrate traditional marketing efforts like direct mail, radio, and billboards with digital strategies. In short, you'll have the autonomy and support to shape the department into something truly exceptional!
Marketing Manager Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience.
2+ years of experience in a senior or leadership role.
Experience in various marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, content marketing, brand management, social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and product marketing.
Ability to create and execute successful strategies across multiple channels.
Strong proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with sales, product, and creative departments to achieve organizational goals.
