Job Summary:

As a Massage Therapist at [Company Name], you will be responsible for providing professional massage therapy services to clients. You will assess clients’ needs and tailor your techniques to deliver the highest quality therapeutic experience. Your role will be essential in ensuring clients leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied with their therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

- Perform various types of massage (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports, lymphatic drainage) based on client needs and preferences.

- Conduct initial evaluations of clients’ physical conditions to determine appropriate treatment plans.

- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

- Communicate effectively with clients about treatment options, expected outcomes, and any aftercare recommendations.

- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by following hygiene and sanitation protocols.

- Stay updated on new massage techniques, therapies, and industry trends to continually enhance skills and service offerings.

- Work collaboratively with other wellness professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to client care.

- Promote services and products to enhance clients’ wellness experience.

- Attend team meetings and contribute to the overall vision and goals of [Company Name].

Qualifications:

- Valid state license/certification to practice massage therapy.

- Completed a recognized massage therapy program (minimum of [insert hours, e.g., 500] hours).

- Proficiency in various massage techniques and modalities.

- Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
