Multi-Media Designer

Location: Ada, MI (Onsite)

Duration: 12 months

Job Summary:

Seeking a creative Art Director/Graphic Designer to develop visual concepts, produce high-quality designs, and create motion graphics for digital campaigns and brand initiatives. This role involves hands-on design work, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and delivering polished creative assets on deadline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visual concepts for digital campaigns and social content.
• Produce graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create and edit motion graphics and short videos.
• Collaborate with marketing and project teams to meet goals and timelines.
• Apply strong design principles—typography, color, composition.
• Present design ideas clearly to stakeholders.
• Maintain organized files and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design or art direction.
• Strong portfolio showcasing concept-to-execution work.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint).
• Experience with After Effects & Premiere.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
