Tarvos Talent is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented interim New Business Specialist for an exciting contract opportunity in North Austin. This hybrid role was created due to the continued growth of a thriving new business unit and offers the chance to make an immediate impact at a rapidly expanding company.
As the New Business Specialist, you’ll manage the end-to-end processing of life insurance applications, ensure compliance with company policies, and provide high-level support to producers, distributors, and clients. You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless onboarding experience while supporting underwriters and maintaining effective communication across stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of life insurance industry experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a confident, client-focused approach. Familiarity with CRM and insurance platforms is highly preferred, and a positive, adaptable mindset is essential in this fast-growing environment.
