Our client, Charles Industries, is seeking Production Assemblers to join their team. As a Production Assembler, you will be part of the assembly department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have dependability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Assembler

Location: Canton, MO

Pay Range: $16.11 - $16.61 per hour

• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Assist in training new team members as needed.

What's Needed?

• Dependable and punctual with a strong commitment to teamwork.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required by the job.
• Assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required..
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
