Role Profile LSEG’s Markets Division Compliance team (“Compliance”) is seeking a paralegal to support regulatory compliance initiatives affecting LCH SA, a French-incorporated CCP, and TradeAgent, a post trade matching and confirmation business for derivatives. Responsibilities include assisting with regulatory filings, requiring strong research and writing skills, and familiarity with U.S. derivatives law. The role reports to the Senior Compliance Manager in Chicago. Compliance in LCH SA and TradeAgent Compliance ensures the business meets regulatory standards, manages relationships with regulators, oversees reporting, licensing, and compliance reviews, and maintains alignment with regulatory methodologies. The team aims to support sustainable growth and regulatory excellence. Key Responsibilities Support LCH SA and TradeAgent businesses and Regulatory Advisors. Assist in drafting and reviewing SEC and CFTC filings, respond to inquiries, and manage regulatory pipelines. Provide compliance guidance, review regulations, and participate in producing compliance reports. Build relationships with stakeholders to support compliance objectives. Candidate Profile Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate across jurisdictions and levels. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Familiarity with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Commodity Exchange Act, and regulatory filings is a plus. Compensation/Benefits Base salary ranges from $62,800 to $104,800, with eligibility for bonuses and comprehensive benefits including healthcare, retirement plans, paid time off, and wellness programs.
