Position Details: Qualifications Education: High school diploma, GED, CNA/CPTC, or enrollment in a healthcare career program Experience: None required – Mercy provides a 175-hour training program for new hires Certifications: Basic Life Support (AHA) within 1 month of hire PCA competencies within 3 months Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, prolonged standing/walking, and essential movements Why Mercy?
