All About Therapy specializes in occupational and speech therapy services for children from birth to through age 17 with a wide range of diagnoses and abilities. Our Mission is to work with children with developmental delays and special needs to create beneficial outcomes that otherwise might not be possible. Our therapists go to wherever the child is, whether they are at home, school, daycare or various other settings for their services. We place a high emphasis on close collaboration with families, teachers and school administrators to ensure each child reaches their highest potential. We work with each child's pediatrician and community agencies to provide care that is cohesive and an effective continuum of their care.

We have an opening for a full time pediatric occupational therapist to fill a position seeing kids in their natural environment. Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of children referred for occupational therapy services
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address each child's unique needs
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for children, as well as group sessions as needed
• Incorporate play and other fun and engaging activities into therapy sessions
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Communicate regularly with parents and other members of the child's care team
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all services provided

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with kids
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and patient when working with children who may be anxious or upset

Compensation

$65,000 to $95,000/year depending on schedule

All About Therapy, PLLC is a locally therapist owned Pediatric Occupational Therapy practice in the greater Raleigh-Durham triangle area. We are dedicated to helping the families and children who need our help, but we back this up with proactive and caring support for the OTs who work with us.
